Hey Gorgeous! 💋 My name is Amber & I am the owner and lead makeup artist of Bridal Artistry by Amber. I have been a professional makeup artist for 12 years!! Makeup is truly an art and I love sharing my art with every single one of you that books with me! Now, I offer makeup services for every occasion, from a subtle soft neutral glam to a full glam makeup application! I also specialize in bridal, photography and bold high fashion makeup applications. I TRULY love my job, I love the clients I have been blessed with and I would LOVE for you to become a client of mine too! * BEFORE SHOWING UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT = • PLEASE arrive to your makeup appointment with CLEAN CLEAN skin! No makeup residue or anything please! This holds up the time for my clients after you and just helps the day run smooth. :) • When you arrive please use the restroom before sitting down in my chair. • BE SURE TO ARRIVE ON TIME! • Due to us being located in a salon you may bring ONE ADULT GUEST to your appointment. Unfortunately no children. - ALL appointments are REQUIRED to pay a 50% non-refundable retainer before booking. -NO RETAINER = NO APPOINTMENT!!- - IF you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you are required to pay the balance that you owed for that appointment or you will go on the “No-booking” list. I am a small business owner and rely on my clients to show up on time and ready to go. When you cancel with less than 24 hours to spare that makes it really difficult to find someone to book your spot. -THOSE ARE THE RULES- -NO EXCEPTIONS!!- * DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR SERVICES THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!* :: Thank you!! :: 🩷, AMBER CHRISTINE
CANCELLATION POLICY
* DEPOSITS: - A 50% retainer / deposit is required for all hair and makeup bookings. NO RETAINER, NO APPOINTMENT! - I understand things come up, so my cancellation policy is very lenient. However, last-minute changes, cancellations & no-shows impact my business greatly. - Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before your appointment time (72hrs in busy periods such as Fall wedding season & Holiday season). Retainers / deposits are completely NON-REFUNDABLE! If you do reschedule or cancel before or at the 48hr mark there are no penalty’s. -Any online payments will not be refunded if you cancel your appointment however you can use this to book your next appointment if you are cancelling with more than 48hrs notice (or 72hrs in busy periods). - Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time, will incur a last-minute cancellation fee equal to 30% of the services booked. - For no show appointments, a 100% fee WILL be charged and you will not be allowed to book with us again. CANCELLATION POLICY- - Formal Hair and Makeup Deposits are non-refundable, no matter how far from the event date you cancel. These days get very busy, and I turn down multiple people so unfortunately, I cannot refund any deposits for these services if they are cancelled. - To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can message my business page or text/email me. - If you are cancelling an appointment with 48 hours or less notice, then unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable into a gift voucher. - When cancelling an appointment that does require a deposit (ALL SERVICES) you will not be refunded, but can use this to reschedule to a new appointment in the future. This can be hairstyling or makeup. You must contact me if you have cancelled as I do not always get notified. If you don't contact me, you will forfeit your chance to reschedule. If you cancel more than two times and still not show up to your next appointment then you will now be added to the blocked list and will not be allowed to be serviced by Bridal Artistry by Amber. - After 10 minutes client will be charged a $20 late fee. After 15 minutes appointment will be canceled and client will be charged for 100% of the services. This is due to time and I will not be able to properly service my other clients. * THANK YOU!*
